Key scooped the SME Deal of the Year at the Midlands Business Insider Awards last night.

Alliance in Partnership (“AIP”) was an £11m MBO completed by Key earlier this year. Midlands based AIP caters and feeds more than 50,000 school pupils each day. The buy-out management team is led by managing director David Weller and transacted by Owen Trotter at Key.
