The investment process
Ian Richardson and Conor Byrne founded theICEway in 2007, growing it into a respected technology partner for the global travel market. After stepping back from daily operations, Conor decided to retire, while Ian sought an investment partner to support the company’s next phase of growth. We invested over £7 million into theICEway, facilitating Conor’s buyout and partnering with Ian and the senior leadership team to drive expansion into new markets and advance the company’s technological capabilities.
